Introduction The increasing stress of modern life has led to a decline in immunity, sparking widespread interest new strategies boost immune function. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and stachyose have gained attention for their immune-regulating effects, but the mechanisms combined application remain unclear. This study aims investigate immunoregulatory effects CCFM8661 with cyclophosphamide-induced immunocompromised mice. Methods Mice were divided into normal control group, model group (normal saline), positive drug (levamisole hydrochloride, 10 mg/kg), low, medium, high-dose groups (1.5×10 5 , 1.5×10 6 7 CFU + 1.5 mg stachyose). Each treatment received continuous oral gavage administration 28 days. On days 23 24, except all other intraperitoneally injected cyclophosphamide (40 mg/kg) establish an immunosuppressed model. day 28, 30 minutes after final administration, mice euthanized collect thymus, spleen, serum, ileum, feces subsequent analysis indicators, intestinal barrier function, serum cytokines, microbiota.
