Reproductive toxicology testing is essential to safeguard public health of current and future generations. Traditional toxicological male reproduction has focused on evaluating substances for acute toxicity the reproductive system, with fertility assessment as a main endpoint infertility adverse outcome. Newer studies in last few decades have significantly widened our understanding what represents an event toxicology, thus changed perspective constitutes toxicant, such endocrine disrupting chemicals that affect offspring intergenerational manner.
