There are physical, chemical, and biological methods to control algae, their efficiency requires evaluation. In the field, monitoring evaluating overall algal concentration is challenging due factors such as flow rate, inhomogeneous distribution of algae in water body, limitations number samples for microscopic analysis. this study, we analyzed total cyanobacterial chlorophyll a (Chl-a) using FluoroProbe sensor data collected from March November 2019. The Pearson correlation coefficient log(x + 1) values revealed significant positive between four harmful cyanobacteria Chl-a (r = 0.618, p < 0.01). Furthermore, explored potential sensors by acquiring three-dimensional, spatially continuous an fence, physical technology installed at Daecheong Dam 2021. results confirmed that can effectively evaluate technology. This study demonstrates effectiveness assess control.
