Soil health and environmental degradation are some of the major challenges to sustainable production organic rice cultivation. The study utilized farming systems components like Azolla, fish duck as nutrient sources in cultivation during late samba 2022-23 2023-24 at Tamil Nadu Rice Research Institute, Aduthurai, Nadu. experiments were conducted with eleven treatments replicated thrice a randomized block design, included green manure, fish, liquid bio fertilizers their combinations nano urea foliar spray compared RDF. results demonstrated significant positive impact integrating system on growth productivity. GM- + Azolla (PSB+KSB+ZSB) along (0.4 %) recorded maximum physiological parameters over other treatments. Similar also observed yield attributes viz., number panicles (457 m-2), panicle length (31.26 cm), weight (3.94 g), filled grains panicle-1 (331.5). higher grain (6.06 t ha-1), straw (7.81 equivalent (REY) (22.55 productivity (61.79 kg ha-1 day-1), index (0.881) relative efficiency (440.3 %). Additionally, lower pest incidences insect control efficiency, richness, diversity evenness indices duck-adopted findings revealed that inclusion integrated significantly improved reduced rice.

Azolla is a substitute compost that has the potential to enhance nutrient cycling in agricultural systems for sustainable development. In this study, four experiments were conducted compare Department of Agriculture (DOA, Thailand)’s methodology determining suitable type and rate animal manure optimal light intensity growth yield (Azolla microphylla). The results revealed applying 100% pig gave highest compared other manures. However, there was no discernible (p > 0.05) difference across various doses (20.16, 30.16, 40.16 gN m−2) treatments, which minimal dosage 20.16 m−2 chosen. For further experimentation intensity, 40% shading or 20 60% ≤ 0.01). When with DOA Thailand (1.27 kg cow covered size 32 mesh net), findings indicated modified method (20.16 + shading) 16% greater than under methodology. current finding can produce monthly fresh biomass A. microphylla 40.7 t ha−1 year−1 higher contents total N (4.92%) lower C:N ratio (≤10:1) could release minerals relatively rapidly. Its use be encouraged by farmers their own ecofriendly biofertilizer soil amendment agriculture.
