Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) typically presents with asymptomatic, early-stage disease that is monitored until progression ('treatment-naïve' CLL). The objective of this pilot study was to assess the feasibility and preliminary safety an exercise program in treatment-naïve CLL. We also sought preliminarily impact on activity, as it has been proposed training may reduce outgrowth

Curcumin and exercise have been reported to show good anti-tumour effects. However, relevant research on the combined effects of physical curcumin supplementation cancer underlying mechanisms is still lacking. The current study aimed construct an anti-breast tumour mouse model using treatment swimming exercise. Transcriptomic metabolomic techniques were used screen for differentially expressed genes metabolites, evaluate anticancer effects, analyse molecular regulatory related metabolism. Observation phenotypes, including appearance,

Methods: We examined whether immune cell profiles differ between healthy women (n = 38) and breast cancer survivors 27) within 2 years of treatment, any group-differences were influenced by age, cytomegalovirus infection, cardiorespiratory fitness body composition. Using flow cytometry, CD4+ CD8+ T subsets, including naïve (NA), central memory (CM) effector cells (EM EMRA) identified using CD27/CD45RA. Activation was measured HLA-DR expression. Stem cell-like (TSCMs) CD95/CD127. B cells, plasmablasts, memory, immature CD19/CD27/CD38/CD10. Effector regulatory Natural Killer CD56/CD16. Results: Compared to women, CM +Δ21% higher among (p 0.028) NA -Δ25% lower 0.034). Abstract Background: Cancer in older adults is often associated with functional limitations, geriatric syndromes, poor self-rated health, vulnerability and frailty, these conditions might worsen treatment-related side effects. Recent guidelines for cancer patients during after treatment have documented the beneficial effects of exercise to counteract certain effects; however, little known about role adults. Methods: This a multicentre randomised controlled trial which 200 participants will be allocated control group or an intervention group. Patients aged ≥ 70 years, diagnosed any type solid candidates systemic are eligible. Subjects invited participate 12-week supervised multicomponent programme addition receiving usual care. Study assessments conducted at baseline 3 months. The primary outcome measure physical function as assessed by Short Physical Performance Battery. Secondary measures include comprehensive assessment scores, anthropometric characteristics, frailty status, fitness, activity, cognitive function, quality life, fatigue nutritional status. also analysis inflammatory, endocrine mediators serum plasma potential biomarkers mRNA protein levels multiparametric flow cytometric immunosenescence markers on T NK cells. research has been approved Research Ethics Committee Basque Country. Discussion: study seeks extend our knowledge interventions anticancer over years age. Results from this guide management hospitals seeking enhance standard Trial registration: ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT05131113, November 11, 2021.

Background: Considering limitations related to intensity, duration, and mode of exercise possible physiological mechanisms, this study aimed summarize the mechanisms emphasizing inflammation, angiogenesis, immunology different exercises prevention treatment breast cancer. Methods: In current review study, platforms were analyzed including PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane, Embase, Web Science, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Research Gate as well Iranian databases such Scientific Information Database (SID) Magiran. The data was reviewed until May 2024. Search keywords included “exercise", "sport”, “physical exercise”, “intensity, training”, “breast cancer”, “inflammation”, “angiogenesis”,” immunology”, “physiological mechanisms”. Results: Among several proposed immunity angiogenesis have been mentioned important indices but there are ambiguities regarding influence intensities durations on cancer treatment. Other effective factors effect gene regulation some other mediators. Conclusion: According previous studies, aerobic induces positive effects preventing treating through reducing improving enhancing immunological mechanisms. Regarding duration long term regular (>8 weeks), in form especially high intensity interval training (HIIT) reduces inflammation. while short-term is not clear yet may induce suppressing immune system. Therefore, must be clarified.
