Curcumin

Abstract
Background:
Cancer
in
older
adults
is
often
associated
with
functional
limitations,
geriatric
syndromes,
poor
self-rated
health,
vulnerability
and
frailty,

conditions
might
worsen
treatment-related
side
effects.
Recent
guidelines
for
cancer
patients
during
after
treatment
have
documented
the
beneficial
effects
of
exercise
to
counteract
certain
effects;
however,
little
known
about

Methods:
This

multicentre
randomised
controlled
trial
which
200
participants
will
be
allocated
control
group
or
an
intervention
group.

Background:
Considering
limitations
related

intensity,
duration,
and
mode
of
exercise
possible
physiological
mechanisms,
this
study
aimed
summarize
the
mechanisms
emphasizing
inflammation,
angiogenesis,
immunology

exercises
prevention

cancer.
Methods:
In
current
review
study,

analyzed

PubMed,
Scopus,
Cochrane,
Embase,
Web
Science,
Science
Direct,
Google
Scholar,

Gate

Iranian
databases
such
Scientific
Information
Database
(SID)
Magiran.
The
data
was
reviewed
until
May
2024.
Search
keywords
included
“exercise",
"sport”,
“physical
exercise”,
“intensity,
training”,
“breast
cancer”,
“inflammation”,
“angiogenesis”,”
immunology”,
“physiological
mechanisms”.
Results:
Among
several
proposed
immunity
angiogenesis
have
been
mentioned
important
indices
but
there
are
ambiguities
regarding
influence
intensities
durations
on
cancer
treatment.
Other
effective
factors
effect
gene
regulation

other
mediators.
Conclusion:
According
previous
studies,
aerobic
induces
positive
effects
preventing
treating
through
reducing
improving
enhancing
immunological
mechanisms.
Regarding
duration
long
term
regular
