Introduction Household entrepreneurship has a positive significance in increasing farmers’ income, but currently entrepreneurial willingness is insufficient and behavior needs to be further activated. Existing studies have examined the mechanism of more terms individual factors. However, behavioral decisions are result internal external Therefore, we analysed mechanisms influencing from two aspects: psychological perception stability land rights driving role village-level industrial development. Methods Our analysis based on data sample 2356 farmers Jiangsu Province, China, uses mathematical modeling binary logic methods. Results The results show that regression coefficient for 0.573; village development 1.480; interaction term between 0.361. This indicates both promoting effect behavior, moderates impact behavior. Discussion Based study, following implications been drawn: first, it necessary strengthen rights, regulate guide transfer land, concept rights; second, develop local speciality industries, help employment variety forms through channels.

Food security is a pressing global concern, particularly in developing countries such as Tanzania, where rural areas, predominantly inhabited by smallholder farmers, bear the brunt of its adverse effects. This study looks into determinants food among farmers utilising data from agriculture sample census survey 2019/20 conducted National Bureau Statistics (NBS). Employing Non-experimental research design, used probit regression model to estimate key factors influencing security. The results underscore significance irrigation (-0.906, p<0.01), extension services (-0.040, p<0.05), crop storage (-1.473, land ownership (-0.070, and female (-0.909, p<0.01) crucial Tanzania. advocates prioritising community-based for reliable water sources, expanding targeted programs, investing modern storage, ensuring secure tenure, implementing comprehensive seed subsidies, adopting holistic approach soil fertility management. Policymakers are urged support these measures enhance promoting resilience, productivity, sustainability.
