AbstractAs
we
know
the
recent
pandemic,
coronavirus
disease
(COVID-19)
due
to
SARS
CoV-2
virus
has
led
an
increase
in
consumption
of
various
drugs
as
medicines
by
patients.
Paracetamol
(acetaminophen,
APAP)
act
emerging
contaminant
classified
among
class
pharmaceutical
and
personal
care
pollutant
(PPCP)
is
detected
wastewater
sewage
systems.
The
enrichment
culture
approach
was
used
for
isolation
APAP-degrading
bacterium
sample.
Microscopic
examination,
biochemical
16S
rRNA
sequence
analysis
showed
that
isolate
PYP-2
belongs
Bacillus

strain.

Environmental
endocrine
disruptors,
as
exogenous
chemicals
that
interfere
with
hormonal
behavior,
are
known
to
cause
testicular
Leydig
cell
death
and
senescence.
The
incidence
of
diseases

male
reproductive
system
has
been
increasing
over
past
half-century.
Genetic
defects
alone
cannot
explain
rapid
increase
in
incidence,

growing
evidence

lifestyle

Abstract
Contaminants
of
emerging
concern
(CECs)
pose
a
significant
threat
to
human
and
ecosystem
health
due
their
persistence,
bioaccumulation
in
higher
trophic
levels,
potential
toxicity.
While
vivo
models
are
commonly
used
for
toxicity
screening,
developing
alternative
vitro
techniques
rapid
environmental
risk
assessment
is
essential.
Spermatozoa,
with
compartmentalized
structure,
measurable
characteristics
sensitivity
changes,
offer
as
an
model
screening.
We
evaluated
the
impact
selected
CECs,
including
pharmaceuticals
pesticides,
on
sperm
function
highly
motile
subpopulations
from
donor
semen.
Standardised
protocols
were
applied
assess
various
functional
parameters
after
1–4
h
exposure
either
individual
or
mixture
chemicals.
Our
findings
revealed
that
total
motility
insufficient

Pharmaceutical
pollutants,
