Aerosols from the chemical absorption systems, which use organic amine solutions as absorbents to capture CO2 in flue gas, may pollute atmosphere and damage ecosystem. Based on platform, this study focuses investigating formation mechanism emission characteristics of aerosols systems. The generated under standard operating conditions were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). Additionally, controlled experiments conducted demonstrate impact heterogeneous reactions aerosol generation. In addition, effects practical parameters emissions explored evaluated. results showed that gas increased significantly after platform. Most platform are submicron particles below 1 μm, with a few micron-sized particles. Aerosol generation is influenced by presence CO2, mainly attributed reactions. Increasing liquid-to-gas ratio absorbent concentration enhances reaction, leads an increase emissions. Lower temperatures loading inhibit occurrence reactions, thus reducing According maximum reduction rate, it was found had greatest degree influence emissions, rate could reach close 50%, most minor only 13%.

It is well known that Particulate Matter2.5 (PM2.5) has a major adverse effect on the organism. However, health hazards of livestock farm PM2.5 to humans and animals are not yet known, role miRNAs in cellular damage induced by also unclear. Therefore, our study used cowshed stimulate rat alveolar macrophage NR8383 construct an vitro injury model investigate miR–122–5p PM2.5-induced apoptosis NR8383. The level was quantified flow cytometry Hoechst 33342/PI double staining. Furthermore, potential target gene Collagen type IV alpha (COL4A1) identified through use bioinformatics methods. results demonstrated decline cell viability increase with rising concentrations exposure durations. transfection mimics resulted upregulation pro-apoptotic protein Bcl–xL/Bcl–2 activation cleaved caspase–3 while inhibiting anti-apoptotic B–cell lymphoma–2. experimental data indicate involved apoptotic process targeting COL4A1. overexpression COL4A1 observed enhance PM2.5-activated PI3K/AKT/NF–κB signaling pathway, which contributed inhibition apoptosis. This finding offers promising avenue for development therapeutic strategies aimed at mitigating exposure.
