Abstract. Indrijani H, Hilmia N, Anang A, Pangestu MSP. 2024. Non-synonymous Single Nucleotide Polymorphism on TLR1A gene as a candidate for immune function of Indonesian indigenous chicken. Biodiversitas 25: 2434-2441. is related to the system in chickens, which contributes disease resilience, could impact their productivity. This study aimed determine mutations three chickens namely, Pelung, Black Kedu and Sentul. A total 127 DNA samples were used consisted 38, 41 48 respectively Sentul chickens. was isolated from white blood cells amplification conducted part exon 4 using PCR with specific primer. The sequencing results analyzed identify BioEdit MEGA X programs. showed genetic polymorphisms One synonymous mutation, g.710C>T, amino acid coded leusine at 207th, four non-synonymous i.e., g.822A>G, altered acids coding threonine alanine (T245A), g.835C>T, 249th methionine (T249M), g.1015G>A that 309th serine aspargine (S309N) g.1165T>G changed arginine proline R359P. All mutation frequencies alleles are lower than those non-mutation alleles. might alter metabolism this hormone
