Purpose of review The aim the current is to highlight importance exercise training as an important section transplant recipient rehabilitation process and explain role scientist in development, implementation, assessment regime. Background There is widespread recognition that many transplant recipients struggle to become and remain physically active. However, some do undertake strenuous training significant physical activity (PA) participate in intensive sports.
