Accurate and transparent vehicle speed data are crucial for enforcing limits other important applications. However, attaining the required levels of accuracy transparency remains a challenge that needs to be addressed. The potential further improvement is brought by technological advancements. To address this, it necessary understand current developments in detection methods, technologies used systems, challenges existing systems. This work reviews methods provides guideline selecting an appropriate method. also implementing smart systems proposes integrated approach enhancing intelligence, interconnection, transparency. Furthermore, conceptual framework integrates Internet Things, Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain enhance particularly developing countries.
