Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is a network that connects vehicles and everything. IoV shares traffic data by connecting with the surrounding environment, which brings huge potential to people’s life. However, large number connections sharing will seriously consume vehicle resources during interaction. In addition, how build safe reliable connection ensure safety also an issue consider. To solve above problems, researchers introduce blockchains into relying on distributed account structure, immutable, transparent security features blockchains. The objective of this systematic review was to analyze the recently published literature on Internet Robotic Things (IoRT) and integrate insights it articulates big data management algorithms, deep learning-based object detection technologies, geospatial simulation sensor fusion tools. research problems were whether computer vision techniques, mining, simulation-based digital twins, real-time monitoring technology optimize remote sensing robots. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines leveraged by a Shiny app obtain flow diagram comprising evidence-based collected managed (the search results screening procedures). Throughout January July 2022, quantitative ProQuest, Scopus, Web Science databases performed, with terms “Internet Things” + “big algorithms”, “deep technologies”, “geospatial tools”. As analyzed between 2017 only 379 sources fulfilled eligibility standards. Relevant research has investigated how predictive modeling algorithms, deep-learning-based sensing technologies, and big urban data configure immersive hyperconnected virtual spaces in digital twin cities: tools, monitoring Internet-of-Things-based decision support systems articulate big-data-driven geopolitics. Purpose: Digitalization has been the driving change in creating jobs and increasing economic growth recent years. However, digitalization of countries sectors is uneven. The paper focuses on various factors that have an impact development well-being EU countries. Its purpose to show evolution terms digital transformation how other indicators, such as e-government, human index, labour productivity, influenced 2019–2021.Design/methodology/approach: dataset consists 15 numerical indicators extracted from Eurostat World Bank databases. We apply principal component analysis cluster analysis.Findings Practical Implications: main research results first dimension – named innovation dominated by percentage ICT specialists total, internet use individuals, Human Development Index, Happiness Indicator, capital, integration technology. second characterized government expenses productivity. Finally, third GDP rate. 77.67% total variance explained three components.Originality: Four clusters identified means K-Means clustering algorithm.
