Artificial Intelligence (AI) and academic essay writing merge to create a transformative intersection in education, each reciprocally refining reforming the other. AI, through its innovative technologies flexible learning strategies, elevates by offering dynamic, interactive settings, personalized educational journeys. This study aimed explore students' perceptions of AI usage using case design. It involved 245 undergraduate students from 25 tertiary institutions Eastern Central Indonesian provinces, with data collected via Google form gain insights into attitudes toward tools essays. Findings indicated positive reception AI-powered tools, acknowledging their benefits grammar checks, plagiarism detection, language translation, outlines. was found enhance abilities, self-efficacy, understanding integrity. Abstract Artificial intelligence models, like ChatGPT, have the potential to revolutionize higher education when implemented properly. This study aimed investigate factors influencing university students’ attitudes and usage of ChatGPT in Arab countries. The survey instrument “TAME-ChatGPT” was administered 2240 participants from Iraq, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan. Of those, 46.8% heard 52.6% used it before study. results indicated that a positive attitude were determined by ease use, towards technology, social influence, perceived usefulness, behavioral/cognitive influences, low risks, anxiety. Confirmatory factor analysis adequacy constructs.
