Purpose Many family-owned small businesses (F-OSBs) struggled to digitalize their operations and achieve digital innovation performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading significant hardships setbacks. In this paper, we investigate how an agile mindset in descendant entrepreneurs promotes F-OSBs through mediating role of creative centrality fintech usage. We also examine financial literacy moderates link between innovative behaviors usage; “not-invented-here” syndrome (NIHS) association usage, ultimately impacting F-OSBs. Design/methodology/approach Primary data from 226 predecessors were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings The findings revealed that usage mediate relationship Financial does not moderate but presence NIHS predecessor entrepreneur behavior (fintech centrality) performance. Research limitations/implications This study has several limitations provide opportunities for future research. First, used cross-sectional data, which limits ability establish causal relationships variables. Purpose This research aims to explore the intricate relationship between screen time addiction, employee mental health and work-life balance within global careers. The study examines how digital engagement in professional environments affects well-being organizational practices, considering cultural, economic generational differences. Design/methodology/approach A theoretical synthesis methodology is employed, reviewing analyzing scholarly literature on integrates perspectives from psychology, behavior technology studies construct a conceptual framework addressing addiction as structural rather than solely behavioral issue. The question of why some organizations cannot achieve successful transformation despite having sufficient technological resources and infrastructure is multidimensional complex. In an era where digital technologies significantly influence children’s lives globally, promoting responsible citizenship is crucial to equip them with the skills navigate world safely and responsibly. This study examines integration current state of Digital Citizenship Education (DCE) in Saudi Arabian elementary schools, assessing its alignment international standards identifying local challenges faced by educators, pedagogical strategies used. Employing a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data was collected through surveys from 398 teachers qualitative insight gained semi-structured interviews 15 teachers. Quantitative analysis employed descriptive statistics multivariate variance (MANOVA) explore demographic influences on DCE practices.
