Digital transformation (DT) has become an imperative for companies seeking to evolve in a constantly changing industrial ecosystem, driven by the continual development and application of innovative digital technologies. Nevertheless, success rate DT initiatives remains surprisingly low, which only serves highlight need deeper understanding factors that determine these initiatives. This study adopts quantitative methodological approach address this challenge, focusing on Moroccan insurance industry. First, systematic literature review was undertaken identify key change dimensions related influence acceptance, at both individual corporate levels, as well potential risks associated with adoption DT. A survey 100 employees Morocco then statistically establish companies. The research results reveal planned behavioral factors, features technologies, exert positive attitude toward acceptance Furthermore, positivity translates into greater personal new technologies within organizations studied. Although paper focuses one industry sector country, authors believe make valid contribution theory practice. findings indicate clear distinction between innovation social level, scarcely been addressed previous research. Digitalisation has significantly increased cybersecurity risks in organisations, notably for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which IT departments often have relatively teams and limited resources. Cyber insurance enables SMEs navigate more economically, providing an essential risk transfer alternative costly reduction strategies. This article examines the antecedents, emergence, application of cyber as a solution concerns against backdrop increasing digitalisation. The research adopts quantitative deductive approach, with analysis relevant literature basis development 12 hypotheses, are then tested via survey 168 Turkey. Using Technology–Organisation–Environment–Individual (TOE-I) model top-line conceptual framework, finds that policy adoption facilitated rapid secure digitalisation process mitigation financial associated cyberattacks allowed companies invest widely information technologies systems. clearly its limitations, it is based on primary one European country, but authors believe nevertheless provides some new insights into potential benefits insurance, key issues must consider when considering adopting policy. findings will be practical relevance other organisations reviewing their strategy also wider debate around costs

Virtual reality (VR) can influence people’s lives and business development. It bring immersive experiences for people strengthen the relationships between customers companies. In this paper, Generation Z (Gen Z) members’ interest in VR is analyzed various domains, like education, entertainment, marketing. This study considers Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical framework explores factors influencing Gen Z’s perceptions of potential. The approach based on hypotheses a survey-based investigation, followed by logistic regression modeling. results show that attracts members to educational entertainment activities. Also, they believe important marketing importance investments VR, all three adapting strategies leverage VR’s potential effectively.
