Many African countries continue to face economic challenges even though the continent has much potential for progress. Entrepreneurship and ICT are one of key forces behind change. However, little is known about how entrepreneurship, ICT, growth affect resilience development in Africa at international level. Designing policies supporting a more resilient inclusive economy requires understanding this. This study, therefore, contributes existing literature by examining direct indirect impacts entrepreneurship on Africa. The study employs static dynamic panel analyses analyze data 29 from 2006 2020. empirical results reveal that positively influences long-run, but negative influence short-run, while both short- long-run. moderating effects relationship between reveals strengthens positive impact Furthermore, causality show there bidirectional among growth, adoption. Consistent with these findings, policy ramifications highlighted.
