Intercropping of legumes and cereals can bring many benefits to agriculture, including an increase in yield the quality crops obtained. In addition, it is possible reduce mineral fertilization, which have a positive impact on environment. The aim field research conducted 2021–2023 central Poland was evaluate yields obtained, content total protein value land equivalent ratio intercropping narrowleaf lupine with at different seeding levels components variable nitrogen fertilization. following factors were tested: 1—share sowing: (NL) 120 seeds m−2; spring barley (SB) 300 M1—NL 30 + SB 225 M2—NL 60 150 M3—NL 90 75 triticale (ST) 450 M4—NL ST 340 M5—NL M6—NL 115 2—mineral fertilization 0, 20, 40, kg N ha−1. most favorable results obtained mixtures containing m2 m−2 triticale. lack significant differences 40 ha−1 show possibility limited dose Sowing or fertilizing be recommended for agricultural practice. proposed management technique ensures high good thus interesting solution sustainable cultivation successfully implemented farms.

The use of appropriate plant spacing in the canopy is an important and cost-free agrotechnical factor for increasing seed yield. Proper row sowing density are maintaining adequate light, ensuring good physiological processes, influencing nutritional status plants. As a consequence, this leads to better productivity while economic profitability. A four-year field experiment with white lupine was conducted 2016–2019 at Experimental Station Cultivation Assessment Przecław southeastern Poland. factors were different (15 30 cm) (60, 75, 90 pcs m−2). Row had no significant effect on yield obtained, number pods per plant, weight 1000 seeds lupine. There also experimental nodulation chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm, Fv/F0, PI, RC/R). wider (30 lowest (60 m−2) resulted highest content. For LAI index, value found 15 cm. However, lower unit area pod which associated conditions growth. It shown that greater competition between plants increased height first set without affecting their height.
