Various innovative fish feeds were tested for the production of koi carp in a recirculating aquaculture system, considering insect meal (Acheta domestica) as main protein source and phytogenic additives (Curcuma longa—turmeric Beta vulgaris—beetroot) antioxidants, spirit sustainable practice. The growth performance, metabolic rate (respirometry), hematological profile, blood biochemical indicators, oxidative stress determined, using according to following experimental design: CF—commercial feed, IF—innovative feed based on cricket meal, BIF—innovative (IF) with beetroot, TIF—innovative turmeric. TIF recorded best rate. lowest values lipid peroxidation (MDA), standard (SMR), routine (RMR) registered IF variants. A reduction MDA was noted, correlated decrease regarding SMR RMR TIF. An intensification amylase BIF. Compared CF, it seems that IF, TIF, BIF had beneficial effect by reducing cholesterol, HDL alanine aminotransferase, triglycerides, urea increasing concentration calcium hormone plasma.

This research explores the systemic nature of competitiveness within cereal sector European Union (EU) and addresses structural interdependencies among key drivers through a network-based model. The goal this is to offer policy alignment solutions based on empirical findings derived from sparse Gaussian graphical model that was operationalized identify conditional dependencies, synergies, decouplings across five dimensions: factor endowments, self-sufficiency, trade strategy, resource productivity, environmental impact. results showed vulnerabilities, including decoupling endowments strategic specialization, pronounced East–West productivity divide, asymmetry between economic valorization harvested land its impact, reflected in management practices. Research underscore need for synergy-driven strategies coherently align agricultural outcomes with potential each EU country. A critical incongruency has been identified: current prioritization ecological performance under Common Agricultural Policy overlooks essential infrastructural disparities, thereby perpetuating asymmetries Union. In response, study introduces amelioration framework designed reconcile priorities infrastructure development, fostering cohesive resilient throughout sector.

This study analyzes the economic and energy dimensions of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from agriculture at European level, making a regional comparison for period 2000–2022. The research assesses sustainability resilience agricultural systems through comparisons, analyzing farm land level using indicators such as per capita, relative to value hectare land, providing insights into disparities between Eastern, Northern, Southern Western regions. results reveal significant variations in intensity practices regions, with Northern Europe showing highest unit due intensive agriculture, Eastern lower influenced by climatic conditions transitions, balance intensification early adoption advanced technologies. underlines importance adapting strategies increase valuable integrating renewable sources, optimizing resource use implementing targeted policies reduce emissions.
