Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect certain mammalian sex hormones (MSH) as an alternative synthetic in chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) tissue culture using mathematical models. In research four different types explants, including embryo, hypocotyl, plumule and radicle, were treated with concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.001 0.00001 µM) (17β-estradiol, estrogen, progesterone testosterone). The objective of this study was to comprehend the efficiency wheat regeneration, callus induction, and DNA methylation through application mathematical frameworks artificial intelligence (AI)-based models. Husk tomatoes are used in salsa and traditional medicine to alleviate illnesses. Market demand requires husk tomato varieties with improved agronomic physicochemical health benefits. Mutagen application alters plant genomes, creating new traits genetic diversity. The efficacy of EMS (ethyl methanesulfonate) was examined for morphology, bioactive compounds, phytochemical improvement. Three genotypes representing Physalis philadelphica ixocarpa underwent two hours 1.4% EMS. In addition yield yield-related properties, total phenol, antioxidant activity, chlorophyll a b levels leaves fruits, concentrations Na, Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, K fruits were measured. Abstract This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) on emergence rate and seedling characteristics clary sage (Salvia sclarea) lay foundation for future breeding studies. Epigenetik araştırmalarda, düşük yüksek işlem hacimli metilasyon tespiti için çeşitli teknikler kullanılmaktadır. Düşük tekniklerden biri, enzim tabanlı sitozin metilasyonunu belirleme yaklaşımıdır. Bu yöntem, biyolojik aktiviteleri terapötik potansiyeli olan tuz uygulaması yapılan kişniş (Coriandrum sativum) fidelerinde rastgele genlerdeki incelemek amacıyla çalışma, bitki genotiplerindeki anlamamıza bu değişikliklerin etkilerini değerlendirmemize olanak tanır. çalışmada stresine maruz kalan fidelerinden 12. ve24. Saatlerde alınan doku örnekleri arasındaki polimorfizmini ortaya koymak touch-down polimeraz zincir reaksiyonları duyarlı-rastgele arttırılmış polimorfik (TD-MS RAPD) tekniği uygulanmıştır. Abstract Origanum rotundifolium L. is a type of origanum that has been used in folk medicine since ancient times due to its immune system strengthening effect thanks the antioxidant enzymes it contains. This study was carried out determine molecular and morphological variation rotundifolium. According results this study, findings reveal considerable among genotypes terms FHY, DHY, DLY, LSR, NB, PH, CD, CC, EOR parameters. It determined G1, G2, G3 G19 had superior properties compared other genotypes. also explores genetic diversity 50 using start codon targeted (SCoT) polymorphism markers. Of 25 SCoT primers tested, 10 successfully produced total 382 distinct scorable bands.
