In recent years, Cadmium (Cd) pollution in soybean farmland is severe. Therefore, this study focused on whether biochar influences soil physiochemical properties, the Cd content and grains, abundance community structure of czcA gene. Four doses rice husk (0, 5, 15, 25 t·ha−1) were applied under continuous cropping crop rotation systems, samples collected after four years one-time addition. The results indicated that addition significantly increased available nitrogen, phosphorus, organic carbon contents rotation. Biochar application reduced total grains. Additionally, gene soils by 14.26–37.88% 35.96–48.71%, respectively. Correlation analysis revealed correlated with nutrients pH. High-throughput sequencing relative abundances several Cd-resistant microorganisms decreased addition, adding affected microbial diversity influencing properties content. has important practical significance for improving environment ensuring quality safety agricultural products.
