The TCP gene family plays pivotal roles in the development and abiotic stress responses of plants; however, no data has been provided for this Opisthopappus taihangensis. Based on O. taihangensis genome, 14 genes were identified divided into two classes (I II). This study aimed to identify and characterize the NADPH oxidases (NOX) gene family in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) understand its role plant growth, development, stress responses. Using bioinformatic tools, NOX members were identified analyzed for their molecular weights, isoelectric points, amino acid numbers, evolutionary relationships. Segmental duplication analysis phylogenetic studies conducted using genes from Arabidopsis thaliana, Cicer arietinum, Oryza sativa, Glycine max. The results revealed nine Phvul-NOX proteins genome, with weights ranging 92940.09 105660.24 kDa, points 7.86 9.36, numbers 823 946. was observed Phvul-NOX-1/Phvul-NOX-3, Phvul-NOX-2/Phvul-NOX-8, Phvul-NOX-5/Phvul-NOX-6 pairs, purifying selection throughout process. Phylogenetic grouped into three main clades, a synteny map between A. thaliana P. constructed. provides first comprehensive characterization of bean, offering valuable insights future functional genomics research potential applications enhancing tolerance crop productivity.
