The Separately Collected Organic Fraction of Municipal Solid Waste (SC-OFMSW) is the biodegradable kitchen and canteen waste fraction that separately collected at source classified by European Catalogue under code 20 01 08. utilization SC-OFMSW Compost has emerged as a sustainable approach to enhancing agricultural soil quality supporting biodiversity productivity, while also serving viable option for disposing treated urban waste. This study investigates dose effect SC-OFMSWC through phytotoxicity growth assays in Arabidopsis thaliana Lactuca sativa seeds seedlings, well impact same compost on chemical microbiological properties open field conditions. During trial an orchard, pH, nutrient content, organic matter, microbial activity following fertilizer application were evaluated. In greenhouse trial, significant increase germination rate biomass production was found L. concentration 2.5%, neutral negative effects observed A. thaliana. field, results indicated significantly increased levels carbon enhanced activity, accompanied general nutrients, promoting health resilience, with only limited increases EC values heavy metal content. These findings underscore potential effective improver promising component nursery management practices.
