المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التحقق من الفرق بين الطلاب السامعين ونظرائهم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في الانتباه البصري المستمر طلاب جامعة الملك سعود. كما وجود فرق نمط الشخصية الفصامية، وإلى أي مدى يمكن أن يؤثر الفصامية على المستمر. تكونت عينة 43 مشاركا و18 السمعية. لقياس المستمر، تم استخدام مهمة للاستجابة للمهمة (SART)، والتي تتيح ثلاث مؤشرات، وهي: مؤشر أخطاء الانطلاق، التوقف، مجموع الأخطاء. ولقياس مقياس النمط الفصامي الإيجابي والسلبي. أظهرت النتائج فروق دالة احصائيا وذوي الانطلاق لصالح السامعين، حين لم توجد مؤشري التوقف ومجموع إضافة لذلك، الفصامية؛ حيث كانت درجات المشاركين مرتفعة والسلبي مقارنة بالسامعين. تبين كان ملحوظا حتى بعد ضبط إحصائيا.

Antioxidants are widely recognized for their potential health benefits, including impact on cognitive function and gut microbiome modulation. Understanding these effects is essential exploring broader clinical applications. This review aims to evaluate the of antioxidants function, with a focus findings from randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The studies involved human participants across range age groups, interventions encompassing natural antioxidant sources, such as berries, well specific vitamins. An extensive search PubMed, SCOPUS, Web Science databases identified six relevant RCTs, each evaluated bias. These focused variety antioxidant-rich products, both naturally derived sources supplemental forms. Antioxidants, vitamins C, B2, D, along polyphenols xanthohumol, fermented papaya, peanuts, berry extracts, demonstrate support promote through mechanisms that modulate diversity reduce inflammation. However, observed changes in were modest inconsistent studies. While preliminary evidence suggests may benefit heterogeneity existing limits immediate applicability. Abstract Objective The purpose of this study was to develop ecofriendly and sustainable copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) using Padina pavonica extract. CuNPs were characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for morphological analysis, energy dispersive X-ray (EDS) spectroscopy elemental composition, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) functional group identification, UV-visible optical properties. We evaluated the toxicity survival rates Guppy Poecilia reticulata larvae that subjected varied CuNP concentrations determine best concentration range future aquaculture uses. Abstract Background Age-related hearing loss (ARHL) is one of the main illnesses afflicting aged population and has a significant negative impact on society, economy, health. However, there presently no appropriate therapeutic treatment ARHL due to absence comprehensive trials. Objectives The goal this review systematically evaluate analyze recent statistics pathologic classifications, risk factors, strategies, drug candidates ARHL, including that from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), provide potential new approaches for preventing treating ARHL. Methods Literature related was conducted in databases such as PubMed, WOS, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang establishment database Jan, 2023. pathology, causal factor, pathophysiological mechanism, strategy, candidate were extracted pooled synthesis. Results Many hypotheses about etiology are based genetic environmental elements. Most current research pathology focuses oxidative damage, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammation, cochlear blood flow, ion homeostasis, etc. In TCM, herbs belonging kidney, lung, liver meridians exhibit good protection. Seven kidney meridian, 9 lung 4 meridian ultimately retrieved review, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., Panax ginseng C.A. Mey, Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi. Their active compounds, 2,3,4',5-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-D-glucoside, ginsenoside Rb1, puerarin, may act molecular substance their anti-ARHL efficacy, show anti-oxidative, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, or protective effects. Conclusion Anti-oxidants, modulators function, anti-inflammation agents, vasodilators, K + channel openers, Ca 2+ blockers, JNK inhibitors, nerve growth factors/neurotrophic factors all contribute protection, an important source drugs.
