Understanding the age-related changes in myocardial blood supply under conditions of diabetes mellitus and stress will help reveal pathway diabetic cardiomyopathy, considering age aspect. Therefore, aim our work is to investigate morpho-functional hemomicrocirculatory bed (HMB) myocardium rats with experimental streptozotocin-induced (SDM) chronic immobilization (CIS). The study used heart fragments from 56 2-month-old 6-month-old male white rats, which were divided into 3 groups: 1 group comorbid pathology, including modeled SDM CIS, 2 SDM, – control group. material was collected 14th 56th days start experiment. According findings, hyperglycemia, on day experiment lead spasm arterioles HMB a significant deterioration their permeability, as evidenced by likely increase Vongenwort index arterioles. On days, groups vacuolar dystrophy coagulation necrosis endotheliocytes myocytes, focal destruction capillary walls, thickening, proliferation basement membrane, pronounced micro- macroclasmatic changes, capillarosclerosis are observed. In contrast, alongside destructive vessels show phenomena neovascularization. Cyclophosphamide (CPM) is a well-established antineoplastic drug with marked clinical outcomes in various types of cancers. Despite being promising drug, its use associated significant renal toxicity and often limits use, leading to compromised outcomes. Therefore, this study explored the protective effect bergapten (BGP), natural bioactive compound that showed antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, neuroprotective effects. Till now, BGP has not been studied for an vivo model. Animals were divided into control, toxic, BGP-3, BGP-10, Per se. The control group was treated normal saline 2 weeks. To toxic group, CPM 200 mg/kg given on day 7 as i.p. 10, se, BGP-3 10 mg/kg, ip weeks single shot 7. se only from 1 14. After 14 days, animals sacrificed, kidneys removed markers oxidative stress, inflammation, injury, fibrosis, damage using biochemical, histopathological, immunohistochemical studies. We found BGP-10 effectively reversed toward normal, whereas failed exhibit effect. conclude could be potential hence, more detailed cellular molecular-based studies are needed bring bench bedside.

The heart undergoes pathological cardiac hypertrophy as an adaptive response to prolonged stimulation, leading cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, fibroblast proliferation, and increase in extracellular matrix. Chinese medicine monomers are now receiving much attention for the treatment of myocardial remodeling. Biochanin A (BCA) is a kind flavonoid structural monomer, which has certain therapeutic effect on bone thinning disease, aging syndrome, lung cancer, etc. Moreover, it exhibits hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-bacteria other pharmacological properties. It still unknown whether BCA impact mechanism TAC-induced hypertrophy. Here, remodeling was induced by TAC. injected intraperitoneally at 25 50 mg/kg/day one week advance. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by elevated blood glucose levels resulting from insulin deficiency or resistance. Streptozotocin, potent diabetogenic agent, commonly employed to induce experimental diabetes selectively damaging pancreatic beta cells, in and hyperglycemia. Elevated Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, indicative of oxidative stress lipid peroxidation, are closely linked diabetic complications. This study aimed investigate the association between MDA Streptozotocin-induced rat diabetes, shedding light on potential therapeutic strategies. BACKGROUND: Long-term usage of lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) as treatment bipolar disorder might cause nephrotoxicity. Li2CO3-induced nephrotoxicity usually treated by renal dialysis, which is quite expensive. Usage natural products that possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties biochanin A (BCA) may be useful against Li2CO3 Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate nephrotoxic effects BCA therapeutic protective it.METHODS: Twenty-eight rats divided into 4 groups: negative control (NC), Li2CO3, + therapeutic, group. Complete blood picture, serum kidney function tests (urea, creatinine, cystatin C) tissue homogenate oxidative stress index malonaldehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione S-transferase (GST) catalase (CAT) were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) methods. While, histopathological changes evaluated under light microscope.RESULTS: administration elicited significant in hematological parameters hypochromic anemia, decreased platelets leukocytosis. Serum urea, creatinine C elevated. Renal analysis revealed elevation MDA decline GST, CAT, SOD levels. Kidney histopathology hemorrhage between tubules, glomerular capillaries congestion, Bowman’s space dilatation, structural alterations tubules cells include loss brush border, deeply stained nuclei elevated size number cytoplasmic vacuoles. ABSTRACT Problem Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) is a common mucosal fungal infection, and Candida albicans the main causative agent. The NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role in VVC, but underlying mechanism unknown. Method of Study Vaginal epithelial cells were divided into three groups: control, C. strain SC5314 (wild‐type, WT), WT+ Matt Cooper Compound 950 (MCC950, specific inhibitor). After human vaginal pretreated with 1 µmol/L MCC950 for 2 h, (MOI = 1) was cocultured 12 h. cell supernatants collected, LDH detected, IL‐1β IL‐18 levels determined by ELISA. expression pyroptosis‐related proteins NLRP3, Caspase‐1 p20 GSDMD measured Western blotting analysis. protein N‐terminus (GSDMD‐N) detected immunofluorescence. Results In this study, we showed that WT induced pyroptosis cells, as indicated proinflammatory cytokine upregulated p20, GSDMD‐N. reversed changes these cytokines cells. Conclusion activated to induce pyroptosis. inhibited inflammasome, reduced pyroptosis, decreased release inflammatory cytokines.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common respiratory disorder, primarily characterized by two pathological features: chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) and deprivation (SD). OSA has been identified as risk factor for numerous diseases, the inflammatory response related to programmed cell necrosis believed play significant role in occurrence progression of multisystem damage induced OSA, with increasing attention being paid pyroptosis.
