Optimization of the Preparation Process and Ameliorative Efficacy in Osteoporotic Rats of Peptide–Calcium Chelates from Skipjack Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) Meat

This
study
aimed
to
establish
the
preparation
process

peptide–calcium
chelates
(TMP-Ca)

skipjack
tuna
meat
and
investigate
