This study investigated the pharmaceutical potential of extracts from Ammi visnaga (Ammi) and Petroselinum crispum (Parsley), specifically focusing on their antioxidant activity, total phenolic content, efficacy in disintegrating calcium oxalate kidney stones. Parsley extracts, known for traditional medicinal uses, contain bioactive compounds with significant properties that have attracted attention research. Oxidative stress, a key factor various physiological disorders, underscores importance antioxidants mitigation cellular damage. Our investigation revealed concentration-dependent enhancements activity content both indicating as natural agents. Furthermore, were effective reducing size stones, extract demonstrating superior stone-disintegration properties. Dissolution studies provided valuable insights into release kinetics suggesting sustained therapeutic potential. Overall, show promise development, offering alternative avenues managing oxidative stress-related conditions stone formation.
