The green economy (GE) concept is believed to have the ability turn natural resources into wealth in a sustainable manner. As result, GE viewed as magic key attainment of development goals (SDGs). This study aims identify and evaluate critical factors practices. Based on literature review industrial interaction, five dimensions factors, namely, economic market, technical R&D, policy regulation, networks social capital, public perceptions, with total 20 were identified evaluated. Fermatean fuzzy system (FFS)-based decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) technique has been used causality among factors. Abstract The Fermatean Fuzzy Set (FFS) theory emerges as a crucial and prevalent tool in addressing uncertainty across diverse domains. Despite its recognized utility managing ambiguous information, recent research lacks comprehensive analysis of key FFS areas, applications, gaps, outcomes. This study, conducted through the Scientific Procedures Rationales for Systematic Literature Reviews (SPAR-4-SLR) protocol, delves into an exploration literature, reviewing 135 relevant articles. documents are meticulously analyzed based on their integrated methodologies, Aggregation Operators (AOs), linguistic sets, extensions. Additionally, thematic analysis, facilitated by Bibliometrix tool, is presented to provide nuanced insights future directions areas within literature. study unveils valuable findings, including integration variables with interval-valued FFS, fostering robust environments dynamic decision-making—a mere glimpse potential research. gaps section further articulates recommendations, offering structured foundation researchers enhance understanding chart studies confidently.

In this article, we aim to prioritize barriers hindering sustainability inclusion within clean energy supply chains. Supply chain management is a crucial aspect of the sector, whereby global chains can be enforced with policies adopt sustainability/green practices. The literature infers that adoption not direct, and multiple impede process, driving researchers rank these barriers. Previous studies on prioritizing cannot effectively model uncertainty; experts' reliability directly assigned; interrelationships/hesitation criteria/experts are usually considered; there lack personalized ordering based individuals' preferences. Motivated by gaps, authors put forward an integrated framework Fermatean fuzzy set, variance-based criteria importance through intercriteria correlation for determining weights, ranking procedure complex proportional assessment–Copeland usefulness developed approach testified case example. In this regard, innovative extension called sets (FCFSs) that integrates (FFSs) sets; several basic theories FCFSs, including score accuracy functions; distance measures are also given. Then, series Hamacher operators put forward flexibly fuse information, corresponding valuable characteristics these investigated. Thirdly, logarithmic percentage-change-driven objective weighting (LOPCOW) approach recommended based on function recognize importance criteria, similarity-based deployed identify weight information.
