Hypericum perforatum L. (St John's wort), although primarily utilized in traditional medicine, is also frequently employed modern therapy. Within the scope of study, H. was collected from Kahramanmaraş region and dried. Extracts derived above-ground parts were analyzed to determine their levels total phenolic flavonoid compounds, as well antioxidant, anticancer antimicrobial properties. Following GC-MS analysis extracts, a 18 distinct fatty acids identified. The main acid components identified behenic (37.90 %), linoleic (21.22 gamma-linolenic (15.87 oleic (9.45 %) palmitic (7.64 %). plant extracts found have content 60.22 mg GAE g-1 7.68 µg QE g-1, determined through analysis. Additionally, FRAP IC50 values 26.96 AAE 0.44 mL-1, respectively. activities investigated among 11 microorganisms, including 9 bacteria 2 yeasts. It has been observed that possess significant activity against all tested microorganisms. dose-dependent inhibition organisms. killed cancer cells at concentrations 0.1 mL-1 above on H1299, MCF-7 HUVEC cell lines.
