The number of end-of-life tires (ELTs) has increased enormously in the world during last decades, accumulating progressively landfills and ecosystems. For this reason, application secondary raw materials derived from their recycling become one great challenges for today’s society. In work, different types prefabricated plaster products were developed incorporating recycled rubber aggregates ELTs granulometries, aiming to study feasibility develop construction systems. It was possible replace up 40% original material, obtaining plasterboards that exceed 0.18 kN flexural breaking load established by regulations. Likewise, addition these reduced thermal conductivity gypsum composites, resistance lightened partitions improved 21.8% when used conjunction with break layer. On other hand, its greater durability against action water also tested, fire class B-s1, d0, obtained. With all positive results, presents a development plates panels, addressing main gaps literature, applicability building produced under circular economy criteria sustainable construction.

In recent decades, plastic waste management has become one of the main environmental challenges for today's society. The excessive consumption so-called single-use plastics causes continuous damage to ecosystems, and it is necessary find alternatives recycle these products. this work, a mechanical hygrothermal characterisation novel plaster composites incorporating LDPE in their interior was carried out. Thus, prefabricated plasterboards have been designed with partial replacement original raw material recycled percentages 5-10-15% by volume. results show how new exceeded 0.18 kN minimum breaking load panels all cases, while decreases density thermal conductivity up 15% 21%, respectively, were obtained. addition, an increase 3.8%in resistance obtained gypsum boards lightweight façade walls through simulations. way, pathway explored recovery wastes subsequent application construction sector.
