People working and studying indoors for a long time can easily experience mental fatigue stress. Virtual natural elements introduced into indoor environments stimulate the human visual auditory senses, thus relieving psychological In this study, stress induction was achieved through noise playback, recovery effects on of three set environments, visual, auditory, audio-visual, were investigated changes in subjects’ facial expressions, electromyographic (EMG) signals, subjective questionnaires. The experiment found that after noise, participants’ levels changed significantly. At time, subject scored low questionnaire, with electromyography readings higher than usual, micro-expression recognition indicated negative emotions. After restoration under conditions audio-visual combination, average EMG values during period decreased from baseline (10 min acclimated to environment), respectively. results indicate all have effect stress, being superior conditions. This study is great significance creating comfortable minimizing pressure office workers.
