Organoid research has emerged as a transformative field in biomedicine, focusing on the vitro development of 3-dimensional (3D) structures that mimic human organs. Derived from various types stem cells, organoids closely replicate organ and functions, offering significant advantages over 2-dimensional cell cultures animal models, particularly for drug development, tissue engineering, precision medicine. Recent innovations, including integration biofabrication technologies, have significantly increased structural complexity maturity organoids, expanding their biomedical applications. A critical factor organoid culture is utilization extracellular matrix (ECM), decellularized ECM hydrogels. These hydrogels are instrumental growth effectively simulating vivo environments supporting functionality across systems. The 3D bioprinting technology into marks shift enabled creation intricate customized structures.
