As a plant-specific transcription factor family, HD-Zip proteins exist widely among various plants. Depending on the degrees of homology, conservativeness, domain similarity, and physiological function, family genes can be divided into four subclasses: class I, II, III, IV. In terms members not only regulate plant growth development, but also respond to variety abiotic stresses improve adaptability plants adverse conditions. This chapter mainly summarizes from perspective structure so as deepen understanding factors.

The three-amino-loop-extension (TALE) family involves key transcription factors vital for maintaining different aspects of growth including leaf, flower, and fruit development responses to stressful stimulus. Thus far, a deep understanding the TALE gene in wax gourd subjected low calcium magnesium stress has been missing. Here, we isolated 24 BhTALE genes from genome database. Comprehensive bioinformatic analysis, evolutionary tree, structures, conserved motifs, chemical properties, provide structural functional insights into family. Gene ontology (GO) analysis unveils their involvement responses. Promoter indicates that hormones stresses can influence expression genes. Tissue-specific under showed were more active leaves roots. Notably, BhTALE7, BhTALE10, BhTALE14 expressed differentially applications. Similarly, induced pattern BhTALE4 was recorded roots Our findings underscore pivotal role dealing with gourd.

The regulation of vital plant activities by hormones is governed a family macromolecular peptides referred to as GH3 genes. This work analyzed the expression patterns genes in pear tissues using transcriptome data and bioinformatics analysis. In Bai Li genome, total 18 PbGH3 were identified. Comparative evolutionary studies have shown strong association between AtGH3 class I II proteins. role growth hormone was revealed gene ontology (GO) promoter region addition, although certain exhibited tissue-specific sepals, majority had ubiquitous across all tissues. Bioinformatics suggest that pears may controlling abscission fruit’s sepals. sheds light on fruit sepal shedding process inspire further research.
