The diabetic autonomic neuropathy is one of the most common complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), especially gastrointestinal (GAN), which occurs up to 75% patients. study aimed investigate gut microbiota composition, structure, and function T2DM patients with GAN (T2DM_GAN) set a link between clinical characteristics patients.DNA was extracted from fecal samples three groups using kit method: healthy volunteers (n = 19), 76), T2DM_GAN 27). Gastric cancer is considered one of the most common causes cancer-related death worldwide and, thus, a major health problem. A variety environmental factors including physical and chemical noxae, as well pathogen infections could contribute to development gastric cancer. The transcription factor nuclear kappa B (NF-κB) its dysregulation has impact on carcinogenesis due regulation cytokines/chemokines, growth factors, anti-apoptotic cell cycle regulators, metalloproteinases. Changes in NF-κB signaling are directed by genetic alterations themselves, but also molecules. actively participates crosstalk cells tumor micromilieu with divergent effects heterogeneous immune populations. Thus, benefits/consequences therapeutic targeting have be carefully evaluated. In this review, we address recent knowledge about mechanisms consequences therapy.
