The
diabetic
autonomic
neuropathy
is
one
of
the
most
common
complications
in
type
2
diabetes
mellitus
(T2DM),
especially
gastrointestinal
(GAN),
which
occurs
up
to
75%
patients.

structure,
and

T2DM

with
GAN
(T2DM_GAN)

characteristic
bacterial
invasion

Gastric
cancer
is
considered
one
of
the
most
common
causes
cancer-related
death
worldwide
and,
thus,
a
major
health
problem.
A

factors
including
physical
and
chemical
noxae,
as

pathogen
infections
could
contribute
to
development
gastric
cancer.
The
transcription
factor
nuclear
kappa
B
(NF-κB)
its
dysregulation
has
impact
on
carcinogenesis
due
regulation
cytokines/chemokines,
growth
factors,
anti-apoptotic
cell
cycle
regulators,
metalloproteinases.
Changes
in
NF-κB
signaling
are
directed
by
genetic
alterations
themselves,
but
also
molecules.
actively

tumor
micromilieu

divergent
effects

immune

Thus,
