Metastases are the leading cause of death from malignant tumors. The metastatic process involves exit cancer cells primary tumor into blood or other transport system, colonization and proliferation in a distant organ. key cascade is epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which consists transformation epithelial mesenchymal, capable for migration. At same time, markers (E-cadherin) replaced by mesenchymal ones (N-cadherin, vimentin, fibronectin). In tumors, EMT initiated different signaling pathways through regulation transcription factors (EMT-TFs) miRNAs. Downregulation E-cadherin expression induced transforming growth factor β, epidermal factor, fibroblast interleukin-6. Growth activate intracellular pathways, turn induce several repressors gene transcription, such as Snail, Slug, zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1), ZEB2, Twist, TBX-2, SIX. ZEB1 main EMT-TF ZEB family associated with cellular plasticity, dissemination, switch dormant to proliferative phenotype at sites determinant poorer clinical prognosis most human cancers. forefront involved control promotes cell migration diffusion, stemness, resistance treatment, metastasizing evasion immune response. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a critical role in variety of human diseases such as cancer. Here, to elucidate novel function lncRNA called LINC00173, we investigated its binding partner, target gene, and regulatory mechanism lung adenocarcinoma, including the A549 cell line patients. In line, RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays revealed that LINC00173 efficiently binds SNAIL. RNA-seq RT-qPCR analyses expression FHIT was decreased upon depletion, indicating is gene LINC00173. Overexpression SNAIL suppressed depletion increased FHIT, negatively regulates FHIT. The downregulation restored by additional revealing LINC00173-SNAIL-FHIT axis for regulation. Data from 501 patients with adenocarcinoma also support existence axis, correlated positively (p = 1.75 × 10-6) 7.00 10-5). Taken together, propose inhibiting adenocarcinoma. ABSTRACT Background : It is reported that circVMA21 has an inhibition effect on sepsis-induced acute kidney injury (AKI). Therefore, the underlying molecular mechanisms of in AKI are worthy further investigation. Material and Methods Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was used to induce HK2 cell injury.
