Here,
to
elucidate
novel
function
lncRNA
called
LINC00173,
we
investigated
its
binding
partner,
target
gene,
and
regulatory
mechanism
lung
adenocarcinoma,
including
the
A549
cell
line
patients.
In

RNA
immunoprecipitation
(RIP)
assays
revealed
that
LINC00173
efficiently
binds
SNAIL.
RNA-seq
RT-qPCR
analyses
expression
FHIT
was
decreased
upon
depletion,
indicating
is
gene
LINC00173.
Overexpression
SNAIL
suppressed
depletion
increased
FHIT,
negatively
regulates
FHIT.
The
downregulation

axis

adenocarcinoma

support
