The objective of this work was to investigate the effect location on composition and quality wines from viticultural zone PGI Drama. Grapes two white (Sauvignon blanc, Assyrtiko) three red varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko) were collected nine locations within during 2022. vineyards span distances ranging several hundred meters 100 km, their altitudes vary 90 nearly 820 m. Vinification performed following same protocol according type wine. Wines analyzed for parameters such as pH, total acidity, alcohol, residual sugar content.
