Background: Evidence assessing the relationship between chronotype and disordered eating in adolescents is scarce. The current study tried to evaluate association a sample of Spanish adolescents. Methods: This secondary cross-sectional analyzed data from Eating Healthy Daily Life Activities (EHDLA) study. consisted 703 (56.3% girls) aged 12 17 years Valle de Ricote (Region Murcia, Spain). Chronotype was assessed using Morningness/Eveningness Scale Children (MESC). Disordered evaluated by two psychologists Sick, Control, One, Fat, Food (SCOFF) questionnaire. Results: Adolescents with an eveningness showed higher SCOFF score (estimated marginal mean [M] = 1.1; 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.7 1.5) comparison morningness (M 0.7; CI 0.5 0.8) (p 0.010), as well those intermediate 0.6; 0.032). A predictive probability having identified (39.5%; 22.8% 59.1%), compared (14.9%; 10.8% 20.1%) 0.008) their counterparts (16.9%; 11.6% 24.0%) 0.021). Conclusions: reveals that are more likely exhibit behaviors or chronotypes. These findings highlight importance considering adolescent health, particularly developing targeted interventions prevent disorders.

Adolescents' health and well-being are seriously threatened by suicidal behaviors, which have become a severe social issue worldwide. Suicide is one of the leading causes mortality for adolescents in low middle-income countries, with approximately 67,000 teenagers committing suicide yearly. Although an association between sleep disturbances (SDs) behaviors has been suggested, data still scattered inconclusive. Therefore, to further investigate this association, we conducted meta-analysis verify if there link SDs without diagnosed psychiatric disorders.

Hyper-personalized medicine represents the cutting edge of healthcare, which aims to tailor treatment and prevention strategies uniquely each individual. Unlike traditional approaches, often adopt a one-size-fits-all or even broadly personalized approach based on broad genetic categories, hyper-personalized considers an individual's comprehensive health data by integrating unique biological, genetic, lifestyle, environmental influences. This method goes beyond simple profiling recognizing that outcomes are influenced complex interactions among our environment, daily routines, physiological processes responses.Central is integration lifestyle factors. Lifestyle habits, such as diet (Dalwood et al., 2020; Genel Marx Hepsomali & Groeger, 2021; Dinu 2022; Yang Sadler 2024), exercise (Chow Qiu Ross D'Onofrio 2023; Isath Mahindru Ashcroft 2024; Ponzano sleep patterns (Hepsomali Baranwal Eshera Lim Sletten Uccella, Weinberger 2023), directly impact health. This study aimed to describe adolescent sleep and explore its association with physical activity, focusing on the mediating role of family behavior. Data were sourced from Chinese Adolescent Health Database, which included responses 7,482 adolescents aged 12-18 years about sleep, personal activity. Using two-stage least squares (2-SLS), we examined relationship between father's activity habits (as instrumental variables). A variable, behavior, was introduced investigate causal pathways. 2-SLS regression revealed a significant positive correlation quality (β = 0.052, p<0.01). With inclusion variable (father's habits), effect size increased 0.208 (p<0.01). Adding behavior as further coefficient by 0.1437. The analysis showed that 84.62% total mediated, while direct accounted for only 15.53%. Both F-statistics significant. Family behaviors significantly enhance impact sleep. Promoting sports participation is essential fostering healthy lifestyles improving quality. highlights need interventions incorporate activities into health strategies.
