The present review describes the use and effectiveness of mental imagery in Alzheimer’s disease-related dementia. Six databases were thoroughly searched from January 2010 to December 2024. Different types studies retrieved reviewed for motor, cognitive, emotional states quality life elderly with Although scarce results showed positive effect every-day older adults dementia, more research should be conducted larger homogenous samples valid tools. Future recommendations are provided.
