Aim: This research aims to determine the impact of unit they work at and being diagnosed with Covid-19 on secondary traumatic stress level in midwives. This literature review aimed to determine the level of burnout, compassion fatigue, and satisfaction, as well their associated risks protective factors, in healthcare professionals during first year COVID-19 pandemic. We reviewed 2858 records obtained from CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Embase, PsycINFO, PubMed, Web Science databases, finally included 76 this review. Purpose Technostress is becoming one of the main challenges among employees in increasingly digital work context. Following job demands-resources (JD-R) theory, this study aims to understand how technostress (e.g. techno-overload, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity and techno-uncertainty) decreases employees’ well-being through exhausting one’s emotional physical resources (i.e. exhaustion), what extent workplace knowledge diversity could buffer relationship. Design/methodology/approach The authors collected three-wave data 235 from three manufacturing companies China. They conducted a moderated mediation model test their hypotheses. Findings results showed that exhaustion mediated relationship between employee perceived buffered indirect effect. Objectives Sleep disturbance and mental health are challenges for healthcare workers (HCWs). Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, they experienced more severe sleep problems. However, association between of HCWs is still controversial. This study aimed to systematically review relationship by conducting a systematic meta-analysis. Method Two researchers retrieved literature from Web Science, PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL, Psyclnfo, Cochrane Library establishment databases until November 20, 2021. We used New Castle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) Agency Healthcare Research Quality (AHRQ) evaluate risk bias in prospective research cross-sectional research, respectively. The major exposure was HCWs’ disturbance, outcome health. correlation coefficients ( r ), regression (β) odds ratios (OR) included studies were integrated. Result Fifty-nine qualitative analysis, which 30 could be combined entered into quantitative analysis. There 23 pandemic among 59 studies. results meta-analysis showed that coefficient 0.43 (95% CI: 0.39–0.47). with had 3.74 2.76–5.07) times higher problems than those without disturbance. epidemic 0.45 0.37–0.53), while it 0.40 0.36–0.44) non-epidemic period. COVID-19 has increased the likelihood of healthcare professionals suffering from Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS). However, difficulty this crisis may lead these to display personal resources, such as harmonious passion, that could be involved in posttraumatic growth. The goal study is examine STS and growth among demands resources related COVID-19. A longitudinal was carried out April 2020 (T1) December (T2). participants were 172 health different institutions they reported their workload, fear contagion, lack staff protection equipment (PPE), results revealed workload contagion T2 positive predictors for STS, whereas passion a negative predictor. Fear both times seemed positively predict growth, well passion. One moderation effect found concerning staff/PPE, higher when high, especially those with high staff/PPE. All all, findings pointed need preventative measures protect long-term consequences.

Background and Objectives: The illness caused by the new coronavirus (COVID-19) triggered considerable mental consequences for medical staff. Our aim was to research whether frontline healthcare workers' positive psychological state—PsyCap—impacts relationship between anxiety/depression burnout/mental health complaints. Material Methods: One hundred twenty-six professionals working on at Intensive Care Unit Emergency Department in Romania took validated surveys March April 2020. Residency programs in anesthesiology and intensive care (AIC), emergency medicine (EM) continually evolve to ensure well-prepared trainees for these critical fields of healthcare. Burnout and stress-related issues are significant concerns among medical personnel involved in emergency situations due to the high demands of their work. A cross-sectional descriptive comparative study was conducted on 266 prehospital across five Romanian counties, comprising 41 physicians, 74 nurses, 151 paramedics. Data were collected through an online form, including demographic professional characteristics, validated scales. This revealed moderate (49.3%) (25.9%) burnout rates, with 35% showing signs work addiction. Despite these challenges, demonstrated levels growth (61.2%), strong self-discipline (74.1%), low responsive distress (100%). Physicians exhibited higher addiction job satisfaction, whereas paramedics faced burnout, self-discipline, levels. Nurses showed lower These findings highlight prevalence personnel, while also underscoring presence protective factors like good level growth, distress. The distinct differences experiences emphasize need for tailored strategies address within each group.
