The
phenomenon
of
adolescents
engaging
in
less
physical
activity
as
they
age
raises
several
concerns.
Among
these,
we
hypothesized
that
this
trend
may
negatively
impact
their
mental
health
and
smartphone
dependency.
Thus,
the
aim
study
was
to
longitudinally
examine
mediating
effect
dependency
relationship
between
adolescents'
exercise
time
subjective
well-being.
For
analysis,
publicly
available
data
from
2018
Korean
Children
Youth
Panel
Survey
were
utilized,
with
a
total
2,242
participants'
included
analysis.
Latent
growth
modeling
results
revealed
significant
linear
decrease

year,

Objective
This
study
investigates
the
mediating
role
of
social
anxiety
in
relationship
between
physical
activity
and
problematic
smartphone
use
among
college
students,
examines
moderating
gender
within
this
model.
Methods
From
April
to
May
2023,
a
survey
was
conducted

2905
undergraduate
students
from
various
medical
schools

Scale
(PARS-3),

Addiction
Tendency
for
College
Students
(MPATS),

Anxiety
