This study examines the relevance of interpersonal relationships in work environment, focusing specifically on analyzing associations between positive relational management, which refers to use resources that enable adaptation workplace, and key organizational variables such as flourishing, individual-directed citizenship behaviors (OCBis), life satisfaction. Given importance this topic, a structural model is required for possible relationship management other relevant occupational well-being. As preliminary step, Positive Relational Management Scale (PRMS) was analyzed validated sample 348 Spanish workers. The results revealed overall has good fit, with reliable valid construct measures. Moreover, three-dimensional structure confirmed, although gender invariance not satisfied. There is no doubt that leadership one of the most researched and disseminated topics in recent years, over time, some distinguished models have developed a solid foundation reputable structure. Background As change management in schools is considered a matter of great importance, deeper understanding and analysis the organizational behavior employees prerequisite for effectively managing educational institutions that strive high quality competitiveness. Therefore, this work pays attention to citizenship teachers, which viewed through prism personality traits, well-being, job insecurity. Objective The aim research was examine whether there are differences orientations, subjective well-being perceived employment uncertainty between teachers with pronounced OCB those low level OCB. Also, potential predictive value variables teacher tested. Methods sample consisted 982 employed primary schools. A canonical discriminant applied determine it would be possible distinguish who characterized by do not, based on set consist orientation, uncertainty, income satisfaction, duration education level. Results show scores (Altruism, Courtesy, Civic virtue, Sportsmanship behavior, Conscientiousness) highly traits (Honesty, Conscientiousness, Agreeableness) followed an orientation toward advancing hierarchy organization, thus higher well-being. Conclusions It's clear teachers’ responsibility, commitment inventiveness their roles could crucial factors realization values goals.
