Building on job demands-resources (JD-R model) and the social support theory, this study investigates how perceived quality of crisis communication influence uncertainties, emotional exhaustion, resilience among college students in Kenya United States during COVID-19 crisis. Data were collected using a survey (N= 394). The results indicate that higher is associated with lower uncertainties about Both peer advisor are found to reduce students' uncertainties. Purpose This study aims to examine the influence of person–environment fit on decent work expectations and mediating role career preparedness in relationship between expectations. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modeling analysis was used relationships based 356 economically disadvantaged college students (M age = 20.3 years, SD 1.27, 71.9% female) from several Chinese universities. Findings The result confirmed that significantly influenced directly indirectly through preparedness. A new contextual support (i.e. fit) identified outcome learning mechanism underlying effect this predictor. The study aims to investigate whether physical exercise is associated with psychological resilience, thereby significantly affecting adolescent social anxiety, and analyze the longitudinal cross-temporal stability between these three interrelated factors. methodology involved a survey utilizing International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Social Anxiety (SAS) across various regions in China, including Sichuan, Guangdong, Shanxi Province, Beijing. A total of 1259 participants were recruited from primary, middle, high schools, an average age 13.7 years. sample comprised 626 males 633 females. tracking approach was implemented, commencing June 2023, follow-up rounds scheduled every months, culminating four rounds. results are as follows: (1) positively correlated resilience (r = 0.35, p < 0.001) negatively anxiety - 0.26, 0.001); (2) could predict next period (PET1 → SAT2: β 0.31, (3) Psychological played mediating role association on PRT2: 0.42, PRT2 SAT3: 0.38, p-values 0.001). exercise, exhibit stability, has significant lagged effect anxiety. may indirectly reduce through its enhanced adolescents.

Abstract Authenticity was proposed as a potential addition to the Psychological Capital construct several years ago, but PsyCap model has not yet been expanded. We review theoretical and empirical support for inclusion of authenticity test this proposal in two studies. Research Background: In international literature, intention to quit their profession is significantly under-investigated for elementary school teachers, and especially those who belong sexually minority groups.
