study

three-month
running
intervention
on
emotional
regulation
behaviors
among
L1
(Arabic

foreign
learning)
students.
Data

collected
at
three
(pre-test,
mid-test,
post-test)
intervals,
focusing
cognitive
reappraisal
(CR)
expressive
suppression
(ES)
constructs
regulation.
The
results
showed
abilities

groups
were
considerably
impacted
by
exertion

students'
CR
skills
significantly
improving
ES
decreasing
over
time.

interaction
