Anime
has
become
a
global
phenomenon
due
to
its
diverse
cultural
representations,
relatable
characters,
and
unique
storytelling.
However,
there
is
limited
research
on
the
relationship
between
character
personality
popularity.
The
aim
of
this
study
understand
relevance
characters'
personalities
audience's
evaluation
various
characters.
This
analyzed
correlation
MBTI
evaluations
characters
in
anime
their
popularity,
based
data
each
animation
reviewed
by
audiences.
In
study,
885
from
200
aimed
at
male
audience
were
selected
as
sample
for
research.
results
showed
that
traits
such
introversion,
intuition,
thinking
had
an
impact
popularity
female
but
not
overall
influenced
larger
size

After Online Innovators Receive Performance-Contingent Material Rewards: A Study Based on an Open Innovation Platform

In
recent
years,
enterprises
have
increasingly
recognized
the
pivotal
role
of
external
users
in
driving
product
innovation.
Open
innovation
platforms
(OIPs),
which
facilitate
interactions
between
companies
and
innovators,
emerged
as
critical
conduits
this
regard.
However,
OIP
managers
face
challenge
motivating
innovators
to
sustain
their
contributions.
While
some
OIPs
implemented
material
incentives,
impact
such
rewards
on
users'
ongoing
efforts
remains
uncertain.
This
study
utilized
a
large-scale
dataset
from
an
examine
how
performance-contingent
influence
subsequent
behaviors
online
innovators.
Employing
quasi-experimental
design
involving
propensity
score
matching
(PSM)
difference-in-differences
(DID)
analysis,
we
found
that
receiving
led
decrease
quantity
ideas
generated
by
these
rewarded
produced
higher
quality.
Interestingly,
novelty
submitted
declined
following
rewards.
Moreover,
newly
enlisted
exhibited
more
positive
response
incentives.
Our
findings
provide
valuable
insights
for
platform
seeking
optimize
incentive
mechanisms.
We
suggest
adopting
diversified
approaches
refining
strategies
effectively
motivate
continuous
among
OIPs.
