Objectives: Adolescents often experience mental health and identity issues, which are worsened by weak communication with parents. This study aims to develop the E-KOMET (Electronic Communication between Parents Children) module enhance parent-teen communication, supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 on well-being. Theoretical Framework: The is based Family Empowerment Model, emphasizes strengthening family relationships through skills, empathy, shared activities. Method: research was conducted in Surabaya, Indonesia, using interviews, focus group discussions, a review of relevant materials. These methods helped identify key elements necessary for effective communication. Results Discussion: findings indicate that improves reduces conflicts, enhances emotional connections. reported better development, while parents gained skills communicate effectively set appropriate boundaries. also integrates technology feedback peer support, promoting trust empathy within families. Research Implications: provides practical tools promotion nursing education. It highlights role structured strategies improving adolescent well-being relationships. Originality/Value: contributes SDG offering an innovative, technology-supported fosters healthier environments, ultimately development.
