Since the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health challenges among children and adolescents in South Korea have intensified with rising rates of depression suicide. Proactive interventions focusing on well-being are needed to address this critical issue. This study examines effectiveness Mindfulness-based Social–Emotional Growth (MSEG) program for enhancing elementary school students Korea. quasi-experimental evaluated impact MSEG at an Gyeonggi-do, A total 70 (35 from lower grades [grades 1–3] 35 upper 4–6]) participated 12-week intervention group, while 72 were control group. Pre- post-intervention assessments measured social–emotional, mindfulness, clinical domains. The findings revealed significant improvements emotional regulation across all grades. Lower-grade showed substantially reduced anxiety depression, upper-grade demonstrated enhanced resilience compared These results indicate potential promote early when integrated into curricula. Emotional maturity, the ability to understand, regulate, and express emotions appropriately spiritual intelligence, capacity find meaning, purpose, interconnectedness in life are essential for fostering resilience, empathy, holistic well-being personal social contexts. The aim of present study is investigate relationship between intelligence emotional maturity B.Ed. Students. For this, survey method considered most appropriate scientific conducting a sample 424 students were taken. finds that there exists positive among students. Approximately 17.45% show high levels Spiritual Intelligence, while about 19.34% exhibit low levels. Additionally, around 15.57% display Maturity, with 15.80% showing findings recommend organizations should take whole-person approach teacher education, emphasizing development cognitive awareness, make moral decisions. Educators can create inclusive learning environments by considering individual cultural differences developing Intelligence Maturity. University education should not be limited to mere instruction in professional skills but foster the holistic development of students. This approach is particularly necessary a changing society marked by rapid technological advances, labor transformations and global challenges. Therefore, higher must offer students opportunity develop strategies protect improve their mental health. Using mixed methodological based on an explanatory sequential design, present study aims determine effect Service-Learning levels resilience enrolled degree Physical Activity Sport Sciences at Universitat Jaume I Spain. To this end, Resilience Questionnaire for Adults (RQA) was administered before after program. The reflection diaries written participants ( n = 54) were analyzed too. quantitative results show improvement, significant “adaptative” “tolerance” components while qualitative phase allows us understand these results.
