This review aimed to identify and synthesise the evidence for positive aspects of parenting a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). To date, ASD parental research has predominantly focused on negative aspects; parents carers are left uninformed how strengthen their mental wellbeing. Three electronic databases-PubMed, Scopus, Web Science -were searched literature reporting ASD, published between January 2013 December 2023. The PRISMA 2020 checklist was used reporting. Two hundred fifty-four articles were retrieved from databases. After title/abstract screening (n = 213) full-text reviews 32), six papers included 6). Sixteen identified grouped into three themes: joyful moments, journey resilience, social connection. These themes eudaimonic wellbeing constructs often under-represented in studies. Focusing building resilience through journey, finding support connection others similar situations can children ASD. Future is needed further evaluate
