There are risks in every construction project, uncontrolled will become a problem and cause losses to the project due cost overruns delays work execution. Therefore, manage risk, it is necessary carry out risk management so that can survive, or perhaps optimize risk. The purpose of this study was determine dominant factors, how big level occurred response given time performance structural Grand Jati Junction Apartment Development project. From results study, found 8 factors became with varying (different) levels depending on complexity conditions at implementation each stage work. Then from factor analysis, obtained form preventive measures prevent minimize these risks. Keywords: Risk Management, Building Structure Work.
