Energy consumption modeling in buildings is crucial for calculating energy performance indices and establishing criteria labeling. Different countries utilize diverse approaches to calculate these based on efficiency regulations classifications. In recent years, Iran has established compliance standards, outlined Article 19 of the National Building Regulations, improve buildings. This study aims develop a systematic methodology assessing indicators residential using specified Iranian Regulations. Our research examines three specific standard categories evaluate suitability specifications identify distribution indices, rather than relying solely fixed values prescribed regulations. Initially, model building shapes were analyzed demonstrate how different envelope designs affect performance. fills critical gap by estimating through novel that combines regression analysis Monte Carlo simulation classifications The employs permutation approach primary uncertainties arising from various adjacency configurations. Extensive simulations conducted, resulting development equations account surface area adjacent outdoor environment. method was used assess potential fluctuations adiabatic external environment with varying orientations, allowing generation probability distributions intensities. sensitivity identified components their orientation significantly impact uncertainty efficiency. findings revealed west east walls substantially influence consumption. contrast, floor south wall had least significant effect annual uncertainty. innovative represents advancement field. This study addresses energy consumption and climate change challenges in university campus buildings, focusing on Erciyes University. The research develops a multi-objective optimization model using GAMS software NEOS Server to enhance efficiency. evaluates various energy-saving measures their investment costs. Findings indicate that building envelope insulation can reduce heating by 35%, while efficient hot water systems technologies achieve savings up 75.5%. Model calculations SCIP LINDO solvers demonstrate high accuracy, with results differing only 0.2%. provides valuable guidance for decision-makers implementing targeted interventions significant primary savings.
