How to efficiently and greenly dismantle abandoned buildings reuse them is a dilemma facing the building material industry’s low-carbon objective. However, relevant studies ignore influence mechanism of altruistic preferences enterprises on green dismantling technology in supply chains. Driven by filling this theoretical gap, paper firstly integrates reciprocal altruism theory Stackalberg game method constructs construction demolition waste (CDW) recycling chain system consisting recycler remanufacturer, which enterprises’ are considered. The main outcomes as follows. (1) In case unilateral altruism, preference behaviors help increasing technological level amount CDW recycling. Under mutual model, recycler’s degree recycled hinges remanufacturer’s degree. (2) utility optimized under model. (3) unequal power, “goodwill” follower will have negative effect their own interests; leader plays crucial role facilitating equal cooperation realizing win–win situations. This enriches management. It also helps providing guidance for remanufacturer making operational decisions.

ABSTRACT Green technological innovation in enterprises is a key driving force for achieving sustainable development and industrial transformation. However, how formulate effective strategies by integrating subjective factors with objective market conditions within complex networks remains an area requiring further exploration. This study aims to construct network evolution model based on prospect theory examines factors, such as reference points, risk preferences, loss aversion, influence the adoption of green technology different environments. It explores characteristics, including topology, size, node degree, affect diffusion innovation. Numerical analysis results indicate that scale‐free networks, lowering points enterprise gains, reducing increasing preference, expanding raising average degree generally promote higher In small‐world dependence relatively lower, preference demonstrate more impacts. Additionally, moderate rewiring probability can enhance networks. These findings provide new insights practical implications understanding mechanisms enterprises. They emphasize importance government interventions tailored specific characteristics effectively facilitate

Recycled building materials offer an effective economic solution to the environmental issues caused by construction and demolition waste (CDW). However, they also create opportunities for information misrepresentation remanufacturers. Despite significance of this issue, existing research has largely overlooked impact such on pricing decisions recycled materials. The study aims reveal how influences in context This paper develops a supply chain model resource utilization waste, consisting both remanufacturer traditional material manufacturer. evaluates effects decisions. main findings are as follows: (1) manufacturers depends government subsidies remanufacturing process factor. When adopts low subsidy policy, factor increases, manufacturers’ profits U shaped. high positively related (2) exceed certain threshold, there is negative remanufacturers, who tend reduce level their processes. not only broadens through lens social exchange theory but provides valuable insights policy decisions, particularly regulating behaviors remanufacturers under various scenarios.

Although the beneficial role of enterprises in management construction and demolition waste (CDW) should not be overlooked, existing relevant studies have neglected to address specific effects behavioral decisions leaders employees within CDW recycling projects. This study creatively introduces psychological contract theory into field aims reveal mechanism participation behaviors between Using Stackelberg game method, a model consisting enterprise was constructed analyze optimal decision-making under two cases whether or contributed additional effort. The conclusions this are as follows: (1) profits always positively correlated with degree employee Unlike case leaders, effect effort on hinges coefficient When is below threshold, excessive can negatively impact their own profits. exceeds related (2) Similar change profits, total profit influenced by coefficient. However, increases, shows significant increase before enriches theoretical contracts provides guidance for
