Based on the multidisciplinary method of collaborative psychology, sociology and environmental design research, this study conducts a quantitative relationship between visual perception fitness trail landscape space psychological perceptions activities, providing data-driven references for trials. First, self-image acquisition is used to form image material library including 646 pictures. Second, we identify user preferences composition main elements trails, with subsequent research focusing top two preference combinations, namely, "plant-plant" "plant-water." Third, basis results semistructured interviews, word frequency analysis conducted, feature index framework containing 12 indicators constructed in combination relevant literature. An semantic segmentation process, along manual auditing, applied self-collected images, resulting dataset characteristic indicators. Furthermore, based KANO model, evaluation constructed, datasets are obtained by using differential (SD) method. Finally, correlation analysis, multiple regression, curve fitting threshold ranges obtained. The show that within combination, optimal degree enclosure 66-81%, green view rate 62-78%, openness sky 2.2-3.2%, building façade area ratio 0-10%. For "plant-water" 58-68%, 4.1-6.0%, water 0.75-1.75%, road 33-43%.
